National Centre for Family Philanthropy
This center provides family foundations with access to specialty donor advisors and features a Family Philanthropy Online Knowledge Center, a collection of over 700 downloadable articles.

National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy
An organization whose purpose is to make philanthropy more responsive to people with the least wealth and opportunity. Interesting reports.

National Network of Grantmakers
An organization of individuals involved in funding social and economic justice which is committed to the goal of increasing resources, financial and otherwise, to organizations working for social change.

The Philanthropic Initiative
A not-for-profit organization based in Boston that promotes philanthropy through various national initiatives and provides philanthropic design and management services to individuals.

The Philanthropy Roundtable
A national association that is focussed on the principle that voluntary private action offers the best means of addressing many of society's needs. Will provide a daily media update on US news related to philanthropy.

Women's Philanthropy Institute
A nonprofit organization that brings together philanthropists and philanthropy professionals to educate and advance women as major donors and volunteer leaders for the nonprofit causes and institutions of their choosing.

Association of Charitable Foundations
A national member association that promotes the effectiveness of U.K. grant-making trusts. Provides information about philanthropy in the U.K. and some resources.

The European Foundation Centre
An association that promotes foundations and corporate funders in the New Europe. Site provides information on European funders and conferences.

The International Network on Strategic Philanthropy, a Europe-based organization, provides a forum for dialogue and critical thinking on the role of philanthropy and its impact on societies around the world.

An association providing information and support to Australia's charities.
